  I have been served by this practice for best part of a decade and always been happy with the way I've been dealt with. The staff are friendly and helpful and the GP's genuinely take time to understand and look after you. My only gripe would be that you can wait up to 4 weeks for an appointment slot which is a bit much!

  If this surgery was a person from history it would be hitler. I have never known anything to be as bad as my experinces with it. I used to be under dr day on lake street. Could get an appointment when needed and felt pleased with the service received. That was until it wad merged with this hell hole. Never once have i ever been able to grt an appointment with dr day. Never once have they ever had an appointment available within 2 weeks. Even once being told emergancy appointments were some 5 weeks away. Thr phone line cuts you off on a weekend when your supposed to go through to the out of hours service. There is no hold service so you spend laterally 2 hours in a morning trying to make an emergancy appointment. The staff are rude the drs inept. I wouldnt be suprised if it was shut down for being the worst surgery. Had an emergancy appointment once had to come down and wait. Had one dr in 40 people waiting with kids taking priority. I went to a london hospital got seen had surgery and was home and resting before this god foresakem place had a dr available to see me. If your lookong for a dr surgery to join please for your own health look elsewhere.

  I am usually pleased with the way grovebury road is run and the people that work there but I have had a absolute horrible time at my last appointment. Very very very rude doctor. My usual doctor has moved and he was the best doctor anyone could wish for, due to him moving I had to see another doctor and he was not helpful at all and got very personal. I said to reception that I never wanted to see him again and I wanted them to make sure I never had a appointment with him. They were not helpful really and disrespectful. I am very much thinking of changing my doctors. I shouldn't be treated like this or feel so intimidated! A.k.a your landline is so ridiculous!

  Managed to get a last minute appointment and had an examination, consultation, bloods and a precription all in twenty minutes. Everyone from receptionist, nurses and doctors were really fantastic! Thank you so much.
