- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been using Woodside Clinic for group Pilates classes to strengthen my core. I have two prolapsed discs and need to learn to strengthen the muscles around that area. The instructor Claire was very helpful and provided me with clear instructions and exercises that will help. The Reformer seems to be an amazing piece of equipment too. I chose Woodside initially for their availability late in the evening due to work commitments but the small classes are definitely a bonus due to the amount of personal instruction you receive.
